About Christian Gefke

I am a Spanish lawyer with a Danish background, working with legal matters between Denmark and Spanish-speaking jurisdictions.

My work consists of creating clarity and structure when individuals or businesses move across borders – whether it concerns tax residency, property, inheritance, business establishment or international contract matters.

I am a registered lawyer with admission from the Lanzarote Bar Association and authorized by the Spanish Ministry of Justice.

My legal education was completed in Spain, where I obtained both a law degree and the official master's degree granting access to the legal profession.

Through my work, I move daily between two legal systems, two languages and two legal cultures. This gives my clients a practical advantage – because legal issues rarely stop at national borders.

My focus is always the same: To ensure the correct structure from the beginning – so that risk, tax and legal consequences are thoroughly considered before decisions are made.
